One really nice egg with one blueberry pancake

Starting with a grilled Rhode Island squid salad, followed by a dozen oysters from Maine (winter point, pine point, pemaquid, north haven, john’s river and shallow bay); lightly cured artic char (fried bagel, creme fraiche, red onion).

Enjoying some late night Thai ‘tapas’ at Boda in Portland.

Good pizza at Mike Isabella’s Graffiato.
Roasted potatoes and Caesar salad were also tasty but the roasted brussels sprouts were a bit sweet for me.

Enjoyed a classic Philly cheesesteak at Shorty’s on 9th Avenue.

Last night we had a real eatwells family dinner. We started with cauliflower and broccoli soup finished with olive oil from Poggio al Sole, Parmesean cheese and fresh parsley. Next we had roasted chicken with vegetables ( secured by mulligan) roasted with pil olive and sea salt and topped with parsley. Salad and cheese ( from our resident cheese monger luxurygir) with fresh bread from sabrkitchen. Finally carrot cake from Lloyd’s in the Bronx. Now that is eatwells.

Little neck and shrimp pasta and roasted cauliflower.

Took a nice trip by ferry to Smorgasburg at DUMBO last Sunday.
