  1. this is one of the best meals i\’ve ever had: it\’s the lunch only restaurant, la mar, owned by gaston aucurio of the world class astrid & gaston\’s. anyway, the top photo is of mili and dani\’s fish (can\’t remember the species) milanesa, mine is a criollo fish stew, and aya has a rice and fish fusion dish. the botom photo is of my cebiche. best i ever had. not pictured is the cocktail i had–bloody lorcho, it was called–in which tomato juice, vodka, and raw scallops are mixed and the scallops cook as you sip. amazing….
