Finally tried a white clam pizza at the famous Frank Pepe’s of New Haven. Definitely worth the stop (and maybe the wait if you get there late).

Food Lovers’ Guide to Maine
Just received a copy of the Food Lovers’ Guide to Maine by Margaret Hathaway. Margaret is also the author of Living with Goats and The Year of the Goat. She lives in southern Maine with her husband Karl Schatz (a colleague of mine), where they raise dairy goats and poultry and make cheese. Check out their place Ten Apple Farm.
